As I lay in bed prior to starting my exercises I looked at the situation in the US (and the rest of the world) and realised the key element in any group endeavour that is missing on the side of the good guys is organisation.

Those who seek destruction have taken over the institutions of society, education, politics, judiciary, law enforcement, banking, commerce etc. and the good guys have no way to take back control of those institutions or comparable organisations to replace them.

I have previously remarked that reading all that is going on gives me the feeling that those who sat ringside watching the destruction of the Roman Empire must have had in the next to last days of Rome.

I take heart from the many good people doing things to help others but there needs to bar far more of it and on a much larger scale and that requires organisation. LOTS of organisation and I do not see that happening at present.

And if the good guys who want to maintain and improve this civilization can't or won't organise for its continued existence as effectively as the bad guys are organising its destruction then we best get busy organising a replacement civilization as a matter of urgency.

Apparently only 13% of people think with their mind. The people at Tavistock learned this over 100 years ago and have been using it ever since.

Scientists anticipate that the sun’s activity will steadily climb for the next few years, reaching an overall maximum in 2025 before decreasing again.

The largest solar storm in recent history was the 1859 Carrington Event, which released roughly the same energy as 10 billion 1-megaton atomic bombs. After slamming into Earth, the powerful stream of solar particles fried telegraph systems around the world and caused auroras brighter than the light of the full moon to appear as far south as the Caribbean.

If a similar event were to happen today, scientists warn it would cause trillions of dollars’ worth of damage, trigger widespread blackouts, and endanger thousands of lives. A previous solar storm in 1989 released a billion-ton plume of gas that caused a blackout across the entire Canadian province of Quebec, NASA reported.

But this may not even scratch the surface of what our star is capable of hurling at us. Scientists are also investigating the cause of a series of sudden and colossal spikes in radiation levels recorded in ancient tree rings across Earth’s history. A leading theory is that the spikes could have come from solar storms 80 times more powerful than the Carrington Event, but scientists have yet to rule out some other potentially unknown cosmic source.

Dr. William Happer, professor of physics at Princeton University, summarizes his arguments about the myth of carbon pollution. It’s that myth that underlies global warming alarmists’ key arguments. Happer offered these comments during a Sept. 8, 2014, speech for the John Locke Foundation’s Shaftesbury Society.

This is not just funny to me but SO relatable! My mother had six children. I think that was five more than she could comfortablky manage. Considering I was the eldest, I should know! LOL.

My training in remembering names started early, from her. I can still recall her saying (yelling) “Thomas, Mark, David, Peter, Vicki, Adam! Whatever your bloody name is. Get inside!”

So you’ve made a ’To Do’ list for today. Well done! That is a major step to staying focused and getting done what is important to you.

Now, let’s look at how to improve it. Look it over and ask yourself these questions:

What is on my to do list that will...

Increase my lung capacity (the single best determinant of longevity).

Lift my spirits (the best defense against ill health is a healthy attitude).

Super nourish my body (the second best defense against ill health is a well nourished body).

Build lean muscle mass (increases strength now and prevents osteoporosis in later years).

Satisfy my urge to create (most important).

Help another.

Improve my skills.

Put order into my environment.

And if the urge come up to put off these as ’not urgent to do today’, remind yourself that the urgent things are rarely important and the important things are rarely urgent.

“If we actually achieved Net Zero, at least 50% of the population would die of hunger and disease. [Because] at least 50% of the population depends on nitrogen fertiliser for its existence. And there’s people trying to ban it, and Netherlands and Sri Lanka have already made these kinds of moves. So it is truly a death wish in disguise, and the disguise is to save the Earth, which doesn’t need saving, particularly.”
